USKY Project
SRTI Park hosts one of the biggest and most developed scientific research centres of smart transport in the world. Efforts in the centre are to develop modern concepts for urban transportation where technology is being developed and tested in Sharjah before it is marketed on global scale.
GREENHOUSES ARE BEING BUILT IN A DAY
The Green Homes project, developed as part of Merlin Digital's Sustainable Technologies Research Site, is located in the science park. A redefined of living green, these houses are made with cutting-edge polymeric compounds and aerospace technology, offering the ability to live integrated in nature, with total comfort and high energy savings at affordable prices. Built in one day, these houses can last for a longer period of time than the traditional ones.
CAFU
CAFU, the MENA region’s first fuel on-demand mobile application, today announced plans to launch its Research and Development (R&D) Center in Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTI Park). The move comes in line with the UAE’s vision of driving innovation within the region, and CAFU’s goals of being a key local contributor

SOILAB
His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of Sharjah, gave a directive to the AUS Enterprises (AUSE) to establish Sharjah’s fist Open Innovation Lab at the Sharjah Science, Research, Technology and Innovation (SRTI) Park.
The collective vision was to keep the Emirate of Sharjah at the competitive forefront of technological development. By promoting and commercializing new innovative ideas SoiLAB will bring technical innovation and entrepreneurship to the highest international levels in Sharjah.
Sharjah Open Innovation Lab (SoiLAB) is nestled strategically in the heart of SRTI Park surrounded by the University City, school areas and an exponentially growing industry presence in the airport Free Zone. It is well placed to become the central hub for innovation that connects all stakeholders under one roof.
